Miss Irina (Roni) Vorvoreanu

Irina was born in 1997 in Askelon, Israel, she is a 17 years old honor student senior in high school studying at Begin High School in Rosh Ha`Ayin, Israel. 
She is an Israel rowing champion in her class and has represented Israel in numerous competitions worldwide. She started her training in 2007 when she was 10 at the Tel Aviv R.C. Rowing Club.
At the beginning of her career she was trained by Daniel Rutenberg, and later switched to a new coach Robert Nuckowski and moved to the Zevolon rowing club. Under her new coach, she has won numerous competitions, such as the single scull and double scull Israel youth championships.
In the last few years she represented Israel in numerous international competitions. In 2013, she represented Israel in a double in the fourth at the Maccabiah Games and In 2014, she first represented Israel in the world youth championship for single scull.
She is considered a high potential to represent Israel at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics games.
