Jay has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration,  Boston University in 1975 and an MBA from Boston University in 1976. He is a CPA with public accounting since 1976, managing partner at Rosenstein, Halper and Maselli, LLP, a full service accounting firm located in Cranston, RI.  Budget Committee Member of Jewish Alliance and at the Jewish Community Day School and is a past member of the RI Board of accountancy. Jay is married with 3 children and has 3 grandchildren.
