A little history about my model boat building...

As kids, we built our boats from our imaginations and from materials we found around.  This photograph was taken in about 1960.  I am in the middle, Gabi Helman the left and Rafi Malach on the right.  This is in the back of my mother's apartment in Kiryat Bialik, Israel.

The boat we built unknown to us at the time was a two mast square rig schooner.  After almost 30 years, I started to build more models again and the first one shown in the gallery was built during my vacation in Loon, New Hampshire.  Since then, I built many for joy, relaxation and as presents.

It is my pleasure to share my boat building and sailing passion, and marine photography with all.  I would love to hear your comments.
