FIRST PARTICIPATION IN A MODEL BOAT SHOW EXHIBITION IN NEW LONDON CONNECTICUT
Last month, I had my first opportunity to display my boat at the 35th Annual Northeast Ship Model Conference with other models from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, and there was one more person from Rhode Island. Some of the models were exquisite. Most of the models were sailing ships from made of wood so mine was the exception. It was nice exposure.
Also, I am now finishing planking the hull of the Emma C. Berry and starting to work parallel on my new model boat, the Maggie fishing boat. Currently I am working on the propulsion system and the radar assembly. See photos below.
