Last month, I had the opportunity to visit an Essaouira sea town fishing village in Morocco for around 3 hours from Marrakech. They have a large fishing boat fleet, which are all wooden boats that are built in a traditional way for many years.
See the photos below. To those of us who are building wooden model boats, it is interesting to see them done in a traditional way on a large scale.

I saw a street vendor who used his leg and hands to power a handmade lathe and cut round delicate pieces of wood. I thought you would enjoy seeing the video below.
